In case of inclement weather, please call the Literacy Council at 301-610-0030 to find out if the office has a delayed opening or has been closed, or if the orientation or workshop has been cancelled.  A decision will be made by 7:00 a.m. in the event of questionable conditions and we will leave the announcement on the Council outgoing message and via WTOP AM radio (AM 1500).
