The LCMC is on the third floor of the Rockville library at 21 Maryland Avenue, Suite 320, Rockville.

Parking is available in the parking garages serving the Rockville Town Center. The City of Rockville charges for parking in the garages. Parking enforcement hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Monday through Friday and regular rates are $1.00/hour. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010, free parking will no longer be available in the 355 Parking Garage, located on Maryland Avenue opposite the Rockville Library (entrances on Maryland Avenue, Route 355, and Beall Avenue).  Parking charges will be $1.00 per hour Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and $1.00 per block of time between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.  Saturday parking will be $1.00 per day from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

 

The outdoor lot near the Regal Theaters (E. Middle Lane Lot) charges $1.00 after 5:00 pm and on weekends.  The outdoor lot at 111 Rockville Pike is free on weekends.  (Enter from E. Middle Lane).
