Rescheduled Registration Dates for ESL Classes

Due to the inclement weather that caused cancellations for registering for Winter 2018 ESL classes at Watkins Mill High School and Silver Spring International Middle School, the Literacy Council of Montgomery County has rescheduled registration dates to allow more students to test and enroll in these classes.
